Man, my cases took ages to show up. When they finally landed, I was pretty disappointed. These cases feel like they're made of some cheap plastic. They're really flimsy and offer zero protection, not even lifting up enough to guard against screen cracks. I got the resin case with star glitter, and guess what? There was an actual ant stuck in the resin. No way to fish it out.

My cases took forever to arrive. When they finally did it was super underwhelming. these cases are made of cheap plastic. Very flimsy and not at all protective, doesn’t even raise off the top to protect it from screen cracks. I ordered the resin case with star glitter and there was a literal ant in the resin. no way to get it out.

I’m really into my DAISY case! It looks amazing and keeps my phone safe! It’s slim and gives your phone a nice feel, plus there’s a little part at the bottom that shields your charging port from dust and dirt! My case took around 3 weeks to arrive in the UK after I ordered it, but I get that the delay was because of COVID-19. Totally worth the wait! I highly suggest Spell Cases for anyone looking for a stylish yet protective case! :-)

I love my DAISY case! It’s so stunning and protects my phone! It’s not bulky and makes your phone feel smooth, and it also has a bit at the bottom which protects your charging port from dust and debris! My case took about 3 weeks to come to the UK after ordering, but I understand it took long due to COVID-19. It was worth the wait though! I definitely recommend Spell Cases to those who want a cute but protective case! :-)

Adorable covers! My SUNSHINE arrived in the US within a week.

I placed an order for a case that took a whopping 11 weeks to get here. Their site claims that international orders might take up to 20 days, but I ended up waiting 79 days for mine. I reached out to Spell Cases to find out when my case would arrive, but they just passed me off to their shipping company. After chatting with them, they told me to have Spell start an investigation. I shot them two emails asking for that, but all I got back was 'we'll get back to you'—which they never did. I get that there's a global pandemic going on, but if your products are taking ages to reach customers, wouldn’t it make sense to switch to a better shipping service?

I ordered a case which took 11 weeks to arrive. Their website says international orders can take up to 20 days, well I finally received mine after 79 days....
I enquired to Spell Cases as to how long my case would arrive however they could not provide any information but to hand me over to the company they use for shipping / logistics. After speaking with them, they suggested I ask Spell to raise an investigation. I emailed them twice to raise an investigation and they did nothing but say "we'll get back to you", which they never did. I'm aware there is a global pandemic, but if your items are taking months to arrive to buyers, would you not consider using a different and actually decent shipping provider?

UPDATE: (They were super nice and refunded me for the case that didn’t arrive, plus they gave me a discount code and sent a really sweet email. It’s obvious that their customers are their priority and they genuinely want us to be satisfied! Thanks, SpellCases.)

I’m a bit bummed to share this review since I was really hoping to support this brand; their cases are gorgeous (no doubt about it) and folks seem to adore them! I placed an order for two cases back in May, got one, but the other one never showed up. I stayed patient and reached out to customer support for assistance in early June, and they provided me with a tracking number to check on my phone case. Fast forward a month later, and I still hadn’t received it. I emailed customer support again to see if I could get a refund, and understandably, they said no, explaining that some May orders were just starting to arrive in the UK, and they would keep me updated. A week passed, and I hadn’t heard back, so I sent another email, apologizing for being a bother and asked about the refund once more. They mentioned they were keeping an eye on my order but didn’t say anything about the refund. I totally get that Covid-19 has impacted some business areas! I just wished for a bit more communication and empathy from the customer support team, especially since these cases aren’t exactly cheap! Still, I do like the one case I received.

Update: I got a refund and a discount code. I ordered a case on May 7th, and here we are on July 17th, still no sign of it. They totally ignored my email asking how much longer I’d have to wait. I don’t have the item, and they refused to give me my money back. I really wanted to back a small business instead of going with the big guys, but man, if I had known this was how it would turn out, I wouldn’t have bought it at all. Plus, they’re deleting comments from their followers on Instagram. I left a comment about my order there, along with another customer, and they didn’t even bother to help us out; they just hid our comments. I’m at a loss for words. Super disappointed with Spell Cases. I would definitely not recommend them.
